| What were they like to be a Team member for them ? | ||||||
| Well the trouble is you are not considered to be a team member when you are a ref - you are the opposition. | ||||||
| Why have you signed for Urban Knights ? | ||||||
| I DID NOT sign with Urban Knights to become a Referee, but yet again I have been roped into this by a very Persuasive Manager. I think the rest of the Team had better watch out she does not give up. | ||||||
| What is your most memorable moment in Hockey ? | ||||||
| I assume the question relates to refereeing ! Well.. there have been so many.... Off Beat Cup in Winchester in 1998 I think, refing between Jags and ... another team (can't remember who) any case, went to stop a fight between Kurtis Jefrees and someone else, Kurtis (bless him) smacked me right in the mouth, It was an accident but the look on his face when he realised that he just punched a ref was just a picture - brill. Of as I am the best referee in the league I did not even consider giving him a penalty (unlike some other twat refs would) But his face... I can see it now I wish I had a camera Great ! | ||||||
| What do you think of the B.R.H.A. as an Organisation ? | ||||||
| You should not have asked me that..........To concerned about paper work, fines, positions within the committee and not letting the sport be played. I have been a ref, a manager, a time keeper, a treasurer, a committee member, the person who started the referees association, do I care if I get anything from it NO. well I do really seeing the sport run and progress. see you should not have asked. Better shut up now and get off my soap box. | ||||||

| From a ref's point of view - could be some problems - they are going to have to NOT talk to ref's AT ALL. But I am sure the Captain and Coach will train them well. Other than that I think the other teams need to watch out. | ||||||
